Walter Gilbert Genealogy: Job Carr & Hannah Willets

146–147. Job Carr was born in Newport, Rhode Island, on Thursday, October 31, 1689, and died in Jericho, Long Island, New York, after 1718. Hannah Willets was born in Flushing, Long Island, New York, on Tuesday, January 24, 1687/8, and died probably in Flushing on January 27, 1727/8. They were married in New York on Sunday, February 11, 1710/1. She took the name Hannah Carr. He is the son of Samuel Carr. She is the daughter of Richard and Abigail (Bowne) Willits. They had four children:

i.	Mary Carr was born in New York on August 4, 1712.
ii.	Samuel Carr was born in New York on November 10, 1714.
iii.	Hannah Carr [#73]: She was born in New York on July 24, 1716.
iv.	Caleb Carr was born in New York on November 4, 1719, and died on September 11, 1784. He married first Sarah Ridgway in 1746, b. 11 Jul 1727 d. 16 Apr 1762, he married second Rebecca Bishop before 5 Jun 1764. Their children were: Mary, Job, Thomas, Samuel, Isaac, Hannah, and Sarah.
