1342–1343. Nathan Bradley was born in Bingley, Yorkshire, England, in 1638, and died on March 10, 1713. Hester Griswold of Bingley, Yorkshire, England was born on Monday, May 8, 1648. They were married in 1668. She took the name Hester Bradley. He is the son of William, (Sir) and Elizabeth (_____) Bradley. She is the daughter of Michael and Ann (Adams) Griswold. They had eight children:

| viii. | Patience Bradley was born on April 8, 1688, and died on August 18, 1743. She married Ebenezer Elton of Branford. |
His second marriage was to Hannah Munson probably in Guilford, Connecticut, on Tuesday, August 21, 1694. She took the name Hannah Bradley. She died on November 30, 1695. She was the widow of Joseph Tuttle and daughter of Thomas Munson.
His third marriage was to Mrs. Rachel Strong probably in Guilford on Monday, May 16, 1698. She took the name Mrs. Rachel Bradley. She was the widow of Thomas Strong.
In 1668, Nathan bought a homelot a the East End from John Meigs where
he was then living.
In 1690, his "list" was £93.3.0. In Guilford he bought the house
and homelot of about three acres formerly belonging to William Boreman.
