Anybody want to try to guess what’s distinctive about that phrase?

It looks like it uses each letter of the alphabet once and only once, but I'm guessing there's something about the word/letter order that I'm missing...

I would guess uses each letter of the alphabet only once, and also coins the phrase "night-frumps," which is excellent.
