Rheingold's Smart Mobs. The VR and Virtual Communities books bored me, but I think this one is right on the mark. Also rereading Wiener's Cybernetics (in preperation for writing an upcoming paper). And Gibson's Pattern Recognition is on my desk, though the snowy weekend in DC hasn't given me the leisure hours I thought it would. Finally, David Rees's Get Your War On, also available online.
