The internet allows the user to have access to a tremendous amount of information. Some web designers have found a way to have some organization for this information. Frame sets provide the user with a constant menu bar which in turn allows for both stability and convenience. Frames divide Web pages into multiple, scrollable regions - you can present information in a more flexible and useful fashion.
Frames may be placed at the top and/or bottom, reading
horizontally and/or vertically; or on the right and/or left sides of the screen, reading
vertically. The question is where is the most efficient location for the frame set?
